Gifts of Stock

 Please follow these procedures to ensure that St. Mary, Hyde Park receives your stock transfers in a secure, timely manner.

St. Mary Hyde Park Stock Donation Procedures

Regular Stock donation (NON ACATS)

If the donor currently holds shares with a broker, the broker needs to know:

• Church Specific Account Name: St. Mary Hyde Park
• Church Specific Account Number, including two-letter ACRO identifier: 0104471751CG
• Receiving Firm Name:  Fifth Third (10016)
• Receiving Firm DTC: 2116
• MUST HAVE DONOR NAME OR WILL BE REJECTED

ACATS INSTRUCTIONS for regular stock donations and/or Mutual Funds:

• The acct# 01-01-000-4471751 (14 digits)
• Receiving Firm DTC: 2116
• Put donor’s name, the parish/organization name, and the two-letter ACRO (CG)  in the comment field.

THE DONOR’S BROKER IDENTITY AND THE DONOR NAME BE PLACED IN THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS OR THE TRANSFER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
